Offers, delivery times, products and prices:


  • Are all the products offered original/first class goods?

Basically, we only offer original and quality-tested products from well-known manufacturers. Our favorable conditions result from high order quantities and low personnel costs.

  • How long are the delivery times?

The delivery time depends on the manufacturer’s delivery time for items and the article type (color & version/design). Due to our very large delivery quantities we are preferred for delivery by producers and distributors. Items in stock have a delivery time of approximately two to three days (depending on the receipt of your order/payment).
In the case of special orders and individual requirements can be up to 4 to 8 weeks after receipt of order.
The approximate delivery time of an article is automatically shown on the product detail page. As we depend on the manufacturer's delivery time for items not held in stock the delivery times shown can fluctuate due to availability.

  • How can you find products that are not listed in the catalogue?
You can find these products with the help of the search button. Simply enter the article number or the article name (or the version, color or function of the product).
  • What do crossed-out prices mean?

They are the not binding recommended prices of the manufacturers.

  • Do the prices include VAT (value added tax)?

    Yes, the German VAT of 19% is included.
  • Do you make individual offers as well?

    For the articles offered in our shop we do not make individual offers.
    The prices applicable are those in our shop. You may prepare an offer by the shop.
    For that purpose you have to put all your desired articles in your shopping cart/shopping basket.
    The shop calculates your costs after entering the address. You must enter the address because of the distance and delivery costs.
    We appreciate your understanding/please understand, that for us it is not possible for reasons of time, that we cannot answer all requests of quotation/requests for proposal.

  • Do displayed prices include delivery and shipping costs?

    No. Payable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price.
    No, delivery costs are dynamically calculated, depending on the weight of ordered goods, packing and delivery address and they are quoted separately before complete order definition. Please register/logg in simply with your address in our shop.
    Depending on your desired/chosen articles and your address, the shop calculates exactly the shipping and customs costs/customs duty.
    As well, the shop calculates your costs automatically with your discount or (rather) cash discount amount.

    Products will be sent free of charge in one delivery after reaching an order value of more than 2,000 - € (only mainland/within) Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
  • Is it possible to buy items that are not listed in your shop?

    No, at the moment we cannot deliver goods that are not listed in our shop.
  • Are all the product images binding?

    Pictures, drawings and other materials which a part of our offers, are serve for general information.
    Since the color display is different from screen to screen, product images, drawings or illustration cannot be binding. Moreover, it is not possible to offer photos of all possible color variations or sizes of a product. Thus the relevant information can be found in the product description.
    Due to the large amount of product images there may be errors in the assignment of images.
    An example:
    Most of the product images of wash basins also show a half pedestal or a mounting stand and a valve. However, fittings and columns are not included and must be ordered separately.
  • What is part of the scope of delivery of a product and what are accessories?

    Not everything you see on the product images is included in the delivery. In most cases a WC/toilet or washbasin is shown with accessories. The accessories are not part of the scope and must be ordered separately, unless the articles description otherwise describes. This is why we ask you to always read the corresponding product description. Here are some examples for accessories to be ordered separately.
    Washbasins:
    On most of the shown washbasin pictures you can see fittings, towel rails, semi columns or stand columns and siphons.
    WC combinations and WC`s:
    Near the WC combinations or WC`s you can often see a flushing cistern, a toilet seat, a toilet roll holder and a toilet brush set.
    Bathtubs:
    In some of the bathtub pictures, pedestals, fittings/ valves, drain and overflow sets are pictured as well.
  • Are all the colour illustrations binding?

    No, they are not. Of course you will get/receive a WC/toilet in colour “pergamon” if you order it in this colour. Since the colour display is different from screen to screen, product images, drawings or illustration cannot be binding. Moreover, it is not possible to offer photos of all possible color variations or sizes of a product. Thus the relevant information can be found in the product description. We therefore recommend that you should have a look on the desired color in trade. The colors are not exactly the same and are varying from manufacturer to manufacturer. Within a tolerance, the colors have the same name, but they are not 100 % identical. This means that if you combine articles from different manufacturers, small color deviations are possible. For the majority of customers this is not important.

Order and delivery:


  • Can a private person order here?

    This shop was tailored for private customers, but we also accept orders from companies and craftsmen.
  • How much do deliveries cost?

    After you have placed all items in to your shopping basket, the shop calculates your costs automatically (delivery costs, packaging costs, collection fees, processing (handling) fees and customs duties/charges.) based on product quantity/volume, weight, delivery address, delivery country, product type, type of client and shipping method.
    Shipping and handling costs depend on the amount and weight of the goods ordered, type of dispatch and the delivery address.

    If you have furthermore questions concerning shipping and delivery please read our terms of delivery. When ordering, enter your delivery address and the price of the delivery is automatically displayed according to the country to be delivered to.
    Before you finalize your order you will receive a detailed list of your articles and all costs, including resulting shipping costs.

  • What are special orders?

    Products, specially produced on the special order of the consumer, be classified as special order and are not refundable/and cannot be exchanged.
    A right of revocation does also not exist for those products. In case a product is defective when it arrives, naturally your legal rights remain unaffected.
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and the production of which an individual choice or decision by the customer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  • Which delivery options do we offer?

    The delivery is made by carriers such as DPD, DHL, GLS (German Parcel) ToF.
    Furthermore we deliver (send/ship with Dachser, Wincanton, TNT, GEL, ITC, Logistig and DHL.
    We also offer the option to collect your items personally (appointment required). You may also suggest another carrier.
  • How can I check the delivery status of my order?

    As soon as your ordering has left our house you will recieve an e-Mail.
    The product delivery status will automatically communicated via e-mail and can be viewed at any time in the service area.
  • Can I also choose different, not listed, way of delivery (shipping) ?

    Yes, it is possible upon consultation.
  • Which countries do we deliver to?

    We deliver throughout Europe and by prior arrangement worldwide.
    Please note that additional customs charges or processing fees for deliveries in non-European countries (e.g. Switzerland) can occur. Please be aware that you need to pay local taxes or import duties for the importation of goods.
    These costs are not displayed in your individual order.
  • How do I receive the products?

    You can receive your orders directly with a package service, by special delivery or you can pick them up at our shop (appointment required). You also have the option to choose your own carrier.
    When choosing delivery by shipping, the delivery takes place to kerbside in front of the building or front door.
  • How do I order as a guest?

    Order handling for "guests" (without registration)
    • Place the desired articles in your shopping cart by clicking on the button "in den Warenkorb" (meaning "add to cart")
    • Click on "Zum Warenkorb" in the upper right corner
    • Click on the button „Zur Kasse gehen" (meaning "proceed to checkout") to start the purchase transaction
    • In the category "Ohne Anmeldung bestellen" (meaning „order without registration“) click on "Gastbestellung"
    • Enter your personal data (billing address)
    • enter a shipping address if necessary
    • Choose a shipping method
    • Choose a payment method
    • Optionally, you can choose additional customer protection (Trusted Shops Käuferschutz)
    • Agree to our terms and conditions (AGB)
    • Click the button "Kaufen” (meaning "purchase") to complete your order
    • By paying through bank transfer your order is completed and an order confirmation is displayed
    • By paying through credit card you are forwarded to the Volksbank, to continue with your credit card data.

  • How can you pay?

    We offer the following payment methods:

    • Credit card
      Quick and easy payment with your credit card.

    • Cash on delivery plus collection fee (only within Germany)
      Pay quickly and comfortably by delivery (Not possible for all articles)

    • Bank transfer
      If you have decided to pay your online order via bank transfer, please order online and you will receive a binding order confirmation with our bank details.
      Please transfer the invoice amount (Rechnungsbetrag) to the given account. After payment is received your order will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
  • How much discount will you get at Megabad?

    Our discounts are displayed automatically before the final completion of your order during checkout.  When choosing "payment in advance" you will receive the following discounts (within Germany):

    • You will receive 1.0 % discount from an order value of € 0.01
    • You will receive 2.0 % discount from an order value of € 1,000.01
    • You will receive 3.0 % discount from an order value of € 2,500.01
    • You will receive 5.0 % discount from an order value of € 5,000.01
    • You will receive 6.0 % discount from an order value of € 10,000.01
    • You will receive 8.0 % discount from an order value of € 15,000.01
