Please note when sizing: The specified power of the heating rod refers to the maximum electrical input power.
This is not to be compared with the standard heat output of a radiator according to EN 442.
A control system avoids local overheating on the radiator during electric heating operation.
Therefore, the maximum electrical input power cannot be constantly provided and converted into heat output.
At normal room temperatures, the resulting heat output of the radiator is approx. 75 he specified maximum absorbed power of the heating element.
