1. Orders via our online store
1.1 Selecting products, collecting them in the shopping cart and correcting your selection
In our online store, you can select products from the range we offer and collect them in a virtual shopping cart using the “Add to cart” button, which you can view at any time using the icon link with the shopping cart symbol. You can remove the selected products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the corresponding delete button or change the quantity of an item by changing the quantity in the shopping cart. The shopping cart is updated automatically.
1.2 Enter your data / registration, select payment method
Clicking on the “Continue to checkout” button will take you to the next page. Here you can choose whether you want to register with us as a new customer or pay without creating an account. Enter your personal details if you wish to continue as a guest. If you are already registered, you can log in here with your e-mail address and password.
You can then enter or check your billing and delivery address. Click on “Continue” to select your preferred payment method. We offer you the option of paying by Amazon Pay, easyCredit installment purchase, credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery or prepayment (bank transfer). You make your selection by clicking on the selection field in front of the respective payment method.
Clicking on the “Continue” button will take you to the next page. Here you will see an overview of your details, the items you have placed in the shopping cart and the costs you will incur. Please check that all the details are correct. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart and send your order to us.
2. Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, which lists your order once again; this e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but serves solely to inform you that we have received your order.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of our goods in our online store does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order, you submit a binding offer to us. When a contract is concluded between you and us depends on the payment method you choose:
- If you choose the payment option “Amazon Pay”, a contract between you and us is concluded when you complete the payment process with the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe, S.C.A., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, have completed the payment process.
- If you choose the payment option “easyCredit installment purchase”, a contract between you and us is concluded when we issue an express declaration of acceptance or when the goods are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- If you select the “Credit card” payment option, a contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with the respective payment service provider.
- If you select the payment option “PayPal”, a contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with PayPal.
- If you select the “cash on delivery” payment option, a contract between you and us is concluded when we issue an express declaration of acceptance or when the goods are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- If you select the “cash in advance” payment option, a contract between you and us is concluded when we issue an express declaration of acceptance or request payment of the purchase price, whichever is earlier.
4. Methods of payment
When ordering via our online store, we offer you the following options for paying for the goods:
- Payment via Amazon Pay
If you have selected the “Amazon Pay” option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the Amazon page. Please log in there and follow the instructions from Amazon. - Payment by easyCredit installment purchase
If you have selected the “easyCredit installment purchase” option during the ordering process, you will be redirected to the easyCredit website immediately after completing your order. There you can select your desired monthly installment and enter your personal data. Please follow the instructions provided by easyCredit when entering your data. - Payment by credit card
If you have selected the “credit card” option during the ordering process, enter your credit card details in the corresponding input mask. Payment will then be made via the payment service provider. - Payment via PayPal
If you have selected the “PayPal” option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the PayPal page immediately after completing the order. Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal. - Payment by cash on delivery
For smaller packages and parcels, we offer you the option of paying cash on delivery. If you select the “cash on delivery” option during the ordering process, we ask you to have the invoice amount ready in cash on the day of delivery. - Payment in advance
If you have selected the “Prepayment” option during the ordering process, we will send you our account details by e-mail with the request to transfer the agreed total amount to our account. Payment is due immediately. When making the transfer, please state the reason for payment specified in the e-mail so that we can allocate your transfer. The invoice will be sent with the shipment. - Paying with a redemption code
If you select the “Apply voucher code” option during the ordering process, enter the corresponding redemption code in the input mask provided for this purpose. The purchase value must be at least equal to the value of the voucher. There cannot be any remaining credit on the voucher. If the order total exceeds the gift voucher balance, we will charge the remaining amount to the payment method you selected in the order process.
5. Express checkout
As an alternative to the procedure described in the previous paragraphs, we offer you the option of an express checkout.
5.1 Express Checkout with PayPal
The express checkout can be carried out via PayPal. If you click on the corresponding button, you will be redirected to the PayPal log-in page.
If you select this express checkout option, your account details and delivery and card information will be displayed after you have logged in to the payment service provider PayPal. After clicking the “Continue” button, you will be redirected back to our order page. Here you can check once again whether the automatically completed details are correct. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart and send your order to us.
A contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with the respective payment service provider.
5.2 Express Checkout with Amazon Pay
Express checkout can be carried out via Amazon. If you click on the corresponding button, you will be redirected to the Amazon log-in page.
If you select this express checkout option, your account details as well as delivery and card information will be displayed after you have registered with the payment service provider Amazon. After clicking the “Continue” button, you will be redirected back to our order page. Here you can check once again whether the automatically filled in details are correct. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart and send your order to us.
A contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with the respective payment service provider.
6. Storage of the contract text
We store the text of the contract and send you the contract documents by e-mail. If you have registered with us as a customer and have placed an order via our online store, you can also view your order on our website after you have logged in.
7. Statutory liability for defects
All products that you can order in our online store are subject to statutory liability for defects, unless otherwise stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions.
8. Contract language
The contract language is German.
9. Complaints/online dispute resolution
If you as a consumer have cause for complaint, you can enter your complaint on the online dispute resolution website provided by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. 10. Consumer arbitration
We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.
